Read, white, and black all over

I was stumped trying to come up with a Halloween costume this year. I'm not a huge fan of things involving excessive amounts of pancake makeup, cobwebs, or anything that would scare my grandmother.

Being an inveterate "Project Runway" fan since Season 1, I decided to try my hand at a newspaper dress. Armed with a whole ton of free weeklies, packing tape, needle and thread, a bag of skittles, and Game 3 of the World Series, this is what I came up with.*

The biggest challenge? Getting all that newsprint off my hands!

*Sounds like a shopping list for McGyver.

Cool! Have you seen the newspaper dresses of the 60's? There was one I think designed by Warhol that had Cambpell cans on it.

You'd be shocked how much newsprint is in one of those Wires! Bits of Showcase there as well ;-)
