Happy (slightly early) Saint Patrick's Day! Here's a little sketch I did this afternoon and
I recorded the process if you're so inclined to take a glance. Sorry there's no snappy jig in there; kicking myself for that one.
And in the spirit of things, here's my great-great-grandmother who came over from County Cork around the turn of the century. Lá Fhéile Pádraig Sona Daoibh!

My gr-gr-grandfather came over from County Cork, too. Happy St.Patrick's Day! (Sweet illo, too :) )
My great-grandmother came over from County Monaghan maybe 100 years ago. She worked as a milliner in New York City before moving up to Vermont to become a prison matron! Erin go Bragh!
Happy St. Patty's Day! Thanks for sharing your illustration process!
I'm curious, what was that dialog you brought up around the 2:00 mark, and again at around 11:00?
Awesome! I watched the movie, and I didn't understand half of those things you were doing in Photoshop. I really need to learn that program better.
Loved watching your tutorial. All I know how to do in Photoshop is to adjust color and alignment for scanner error. I'm very impressed.
Oh, and the drawing is charming as all get-out, too! Happy belated St. Patty's Day.
I loved watching that tutorial. I'd love it if you could write down the tools you're using in the process, it's hard to see in the video. I try to color my drawings in Painter but I always end up ruining them.
