I'm busy with deadlines at the moment, but just wanted to stick my head in and say howdy. Here's a few pictures of my new work space. I told someone once I've never met a color I didn't like and I think these photos pretty much prove that.
And for the rug, I used this tutorial as a jumping off point. Basically I wanted something ridiculously saturated and vaguely mid-Century. Randomly, it reminds me of a set of building blocks I had as a child, so it's funny the things that lodge in your subconscious and come tumbling out years later.
Two things before I forget:
*My friend Erik Evensen's new graphic novel, The Beast of Wolfe's Bay is up over on Kickstarter. Reading through the sample pages is killing me because I want to read the full story right this very minute. Yup, it's that good. So get a move on over there, post haste.
*I'm planning a giveaway for next week, huzzah! Be sure to check back here next Tuesday.
Happy (nearly there) weekends!

Eeek! That rug is amazing - and the tutorial as well. I've been eye-ing Kilim rugs for my bedroom, but this looks like it might be a more affordable solution.
